When it comes time to choose among a sea of Realtors, make sure that yours
has the knowledge and skill-set required to handle all unforeseen challenges
commonly associated with residential real estate transactions. I have often
said that people have hired their agent to be their friend or a friend to be their
agent. Let friends be friends and real estate professionals be your advocate.

Some consumers will ignore the expertise and experience of one Realtor in
order to hire another they like/”feel is a good match.” Remember, you’re not
going to travel Europe with them, but you will be navigating a complicated
real estate transaction.Save friends for socializing and real estate professionals
for one of the most important transactions of your life. It’s your money.
