The June 2007 Santa Clara County Completed Sales Report for City of Los Altos Hills Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 11 sales receiving 96.76% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $2,695,000 and an average price of $2,930,636. There were also 18 new listings reported.

Los Altos Hills Single-Family Homes had an average of 124 Days on Market (DOM) and 152 Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM).
