The August 2007 Completed Sales Report for Los Altos Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 28 sales receiving 104.31% of list price! These
closings represented a median price of $1,782,500 and an average price
of $1,891,663. Thirty-nine new listings were also reported.
Los Altos Condos/Townhouses had 1 closed sales receiving 96.06% of
list price. This closing represents a median and an average price
of $950,000. There were four new listings for the month of August.
Single-family homes in August had an average of twenty-three days on
market (DOM) and thirty-five cumulative days on market (CDOM).
Condos/Townhouses had an average of six DOM and thirty-five CDOM.
