The 2007 Silicon Valley Real Estate Housing Sales Report for Evergreen Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 507 sales receiving 97.51% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $900,300 and an average price of $1,017,449. There were 1,498 new listings reported to the MLS in 2007.

These closings represented a median price of $800,000 and an average price of $943,897. There were 1,688 new listings reported to the MLS during 2005.
