The January 2008 Silicon Valley Real Estate Housing Sales Report for Alum Rock Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 11 sales receiving 98.04% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $450,000 and an average price of $511,000. Two-hundred and twenty-two new listings were also reported to the MLS.
