The August 2007 Completed Sales Report for Woodside Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 5 sales receiving 94.55% of list price. These
closings represented a median price of $2,235,000 and an average price
of $2,273,800. Five new listings were also reported.

Single-family homes in Woodside had an average of fifty-one days on
market (DOM) and cumulative days on market (CDOM).
