The August 2007 Completed Sales Report for Palo Alto Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 39 sales receiving 104.31% of list price. These
closings represented a median price of $1,658,000 and an average price
of $1,978,861. Twenty-nine new listings were also reported.

Palo Alto Condos/Townhouses had 15 closed sales receiving 104.49% of
list price. These closings represented a median price of $910,000 and
an average price of $933,600. There were thirteen new listings for the
month of August.
Single-family homes in Palo Alto had an average of nineteen days on
market (DOM) and twenty-six cumulative days on market (CDOM).

Condos/Townhouses had an average of twelve DOM and twenlve CDOM.
