The November 2007 Completed Sales Report for Los Altos Hills Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 5 sales receiving 101.64% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $2,880,000 and an average price of $2,783,000. Seven new listings were also reported.

Single-family homes in Los Altos Hills had an average of twenty-eight days on market(DOM) and seventy cumulative days on market (CDOM).
