The August 2007 Completed Sales Report for Los Altos Hills Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 10 sales receiving 97.28% of list price. These
closings represented a median price of $2,592,500 and an average price
of $2,781,800. Nine new listings were also reported.

Single-family homes in Los Altos Hills had an average of sixty-seven days on
market(DOM) and cumulative days on market (CDOM).
