The October 2008 Completed Sales Report for Willow Glen Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 34 sales receiving 94.12% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $777,450 and an average price of $763,626. There were 108 new listings reported reported for October.

Total Sales: $25,963,301

The October 2008 Silicon Valley Real Estate Sales Report for Cambrian Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 48 sales receiving 98.52% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $650,000 and an average price of $686,265. There were 78 new listings reported to the MLS during October.  Total Sales: $32,940,750

October  2008~Willow Glen Condos/Townhouses had 6 closed sales receiving 95.86% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $476,634 and an average price of $435,378. There were 7 new listings reported for October.  Total Sales: $2,612,268

October 2008~Cambrian Condos/Townhouses had 6 closed sales receiving 97.02% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $349,250 and an average price of $369,305. There were 14 new listings reported to the MLS during October.

October  2008~Single-Family Homes in Willow Glen had an average of 29 days on market (DOM) and 57 cumulative days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average of 73 DOM and 85 CDOM.

October 2008~Single-Family Homes in Cambrian had an average of 50 DOM and 68 CDOM. Condos/Townhouses had an average of 71 DOM and 110 CDOM.
