The Q4 2007 Silicon Valley Real Estate Sales Report for Cambrian Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 104 sales receiving 98.13% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $712,194 and an average priceof $744,619. There were 187 new listings reported to the MLS during Q4 2007. Total Sales: $77,440,413

market (DOM) and 56 cumulative days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average of 56 DOM and 73 CDOM.
