The July 2007 Completed Sales Report for Saratoga Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 32 sales receiving 99.13% of list price. These
closings represented a median price of $1,527,500 and an average price
of $1,657,881. Forty-eight new listings were also reported.
Saratoga Condos/Townhouses had 2 closed sales receiving 98.68% of
list price. These closings represented a median price of $821,500 and
an average price of $821,500. There were nine new listings for the
month of July.
Single-family homes in Saratoga had an average of forty-four days on
market (DOM) and ninety-eight cumulative days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses
had an average of twenty-five DOM and twenty-five CDOM.
