The August 2007 Completed Sales Report for Mountain View Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 30 sales receiving 103.92% of list price. These
closings represented a median price of $1,138,750 and an average price
of $1,157,033. Thirty-six new listings were also reported.

Mountain View Condos/Townhouses had 28 closed sales receiving 101.80% of
list price. These closings represented a median price of $659,750 and
an average price of $645,321. There were forty-nine new listings for the
month of August.

Single-family homes in Mountain View had an average of eighteen days on
market (DOM) and twenty-one cumulative days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average of sixteen DOM and twenty-one CDOM.
