The July 2007 Completed Sales Report for Los Gatos Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 31 sales receiving 98.90% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $1,670,000 and an average price of $1,603,758. There were also 38 new listings reported.

Los Gatos Condos/Townhouses had 13 closed sales receiving 99.00% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $585,000 and an average price of $646,376. There were 7 new listings for the month of July.

Los Gatos Single-Family Homes had an average of 32 Days on Market (DOM) and 63 Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average of 45 DOM and 55 CDOM.
