$335,750 and an average price of $343,452. There were 238 new listings reported reported for October.  Total Sales: $32,284,549

Q3 2008~Single-Family Homes in Zone 4 had an average of 34 days on market (DOM) and 47 cumulative days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average of 51 DOM and 63 CDOM.

Q3 2008~Single-Family Homes in Zone 5 had an average of 55 DOM and 81 CDOM. Condos/Townhouses had an average of 43 DOM and 46 CDOM.
