The February 2009 Completed Sales Report for Zone 12, Blossom Valley Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 31 sales receiving 99.59% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $460,000 and an average price of $480,867. There were 82 new listings reported reported for February.

The March 2009 Completed Sales Report for Zone 12, Blossom Valley Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 43 sales receiving 98.66% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $470,000 and an average price of $494,880. There were 91 new listings reported reported for March.

February 2009 ~ Zone 12, Blossom Valley Condos/Townhouses had 22 closed sales receiving 96.81% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $219,500 and an average price of $237,170. There were 46 new listings reported for February.

March 2009 ~ Zone 12, Blossom Valley Condos/Townhouses had 40 closed sales receiving 96.35% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $175,250 and an average price of $209,285. There were 68 new listings reported for March.

February 2009~Single-Family Homes in Zone 12, Blossom Valley had an average of 44 Days on Market (DOM) and 74 Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average of 69 DOM and 118 CDOM.
March 2009~Single-Family Homes in Zone 12, Blossom Valley had an average of 57 DOM and 72 CDOM. Condos/Townhouses had an average of 72 DOM and 106 CDOM.
