These closings represented a median price of $380,000 and an average price of $395,732. There were 234 new listings reported to the MLS during July.

Homes saw a closing of 63 sales receiving 96.61% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $390,000 and an average price of $424,960. There were 220 new listings reported to the MLS during June.

Homes saw a closing of 49 sales receiving 97.39% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $390,000 and an average price of $455,357. There were 225 new listings reported to the MLS during May.
