The September 2009 Completed Sales Report for the city of San Jose Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 607 sales receiving 100.60% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $465,000 and an average price of $527,388. There were 795 new listings reported reported for September. Total Sales: $320,125,021

The September 2009 Completed Sales Report for the city of Milpitas Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 34 sales receiving 101.06% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $450,000 and an average price of $557,241. There were 34 new listings reported reported for September. Total Sales: $18,946,226
