The January 2009 Completed Sales Report for the city of San Jose Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 379 sales receiving 98.22% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $415,000 and an average price of $456,509. There were 946 new listings reported reported for January.

Total Sales: $173,017,174

The January 2009 Completed Sales Report for the city of Milpitas Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 18 sales receiving 98.48% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $447,500 and an average price of $455,133. There were 39 new listings reported reported for January.

Total Sales: $8,192,400

The January 2009 Completed Sales Report for the city of Campbell Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 14 sales receiving 97.29% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $549,950 and an average price of $611,014. There were 34 new listings reported reported for January.

Total Sales: $8,554,205

The January 2009 Completed Sales Report for the city of Santa Clara Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 19 sales receiving 98.02% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $595,000 and an average price of $566,621. There were 69 new listings reported reported for January.
