The August 2007 Completed Sales Report for Saratoga Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 33 sales receiving 97.27% of list price. These
closings represented a median price of $1,862,000 and an average price
of $2,189,942. Thirty-six new listings were also reported.

Saratoga Condos/Townhouses had 4 closed sales receiving 100.20% of
list price. These closings represented a median price of $624,975 and
an average price of $633,737. There were six new listings for the
month of August.
Single-family homes in Saratoga had an average of seventy-one days on
market (DOM) and eighty-eight cumulative days on market (CDOM).
Condos/Townhouses had an average of fifteen DOM and CDOM.
