The November 2007 Completed Sales Report for Santa Clara County
Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 511 sales receiving 98.75 % of
list price. These closings represented an average price of $1,047,683.
1,313 new listings were also reported.
Santa Clara County Condos/Townhouses had 217 closed sales receiving
98.59% of list price. These closings represented an average price of
$579,505. There were 441 new listings for the month of November.
Single-family homes in Santa Clara County had an average of
forty-six days on market (DOM) and sixty-one cumulative
days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average
of forty-eight DOM and sixty-two CDOM.

The November 2006 Completed Sales Report for Santa Clara County
Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 913 sales receiving 98.85 % of
list price. These closings represented average price of $930,039.
1,002 new listings were also reported.
Santa Clara County Condos/Townhouses had 410 closed sales
receiving 99.10% of list price. These closings represented an
average price of $533,556. There were 432 new listings for
the month of November.
Single-Family Homes in Santa Clara County had an average of
thirty-eight days on market (DOM) and sixty-two cumulative
days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average
of forty DOM and fifty-two CDOM.
