Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 2,241 sales receiving 99.89% of
list price. These closings represented an average price of $1,059,330.
5,572 new listings were also reported.

Santa Clara County Condos/Townhouses had 933 closed sales receiving
99.70% of list price. These closings represented an average price of
$560,540. There were 933 new listings for the 3rd Quarter of 2007.

Single-family homes in Santa Clara County had an average of
thirty-eight days on market (DOM) and fifty-two cumulative
days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average
of thirty-seven DOM and forty-seven CDOM.

The 3rd Quarter 2006 Completed Sales Report for Santa Clara County
Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 3,069 sales receiving 99.37% of
list price. These closings represented average price of $943,324.
6,375 new listings were also reported.

Santa Clara County Condos/Townhouses had 1,347 closed sales
receiving 99.75% of list price. These closings represented an
average price of $531,959. There were 2,491 new listings for
the month of 3rd Quarter of 2007.

twenty-nine days on market (DOM) and forty-four cumulative
days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average
of twenty-nine DOM and forty CDOM.
