The November 2007 Completed Sales Report for San Mateo County
Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 290 sales receiving 97.94 % of
list price. These closings represented an average price of $1,213,364.
465 new listings were also reported.
San Mateo County Condos/Townhouses had 79 closed sales receiving
98.33% of list price. These closings represented an average price of
$611,719. There were 144 new listings for the month of November.
Single-Family Homes in San Mateo County had an average of
forty-three days on market (DOM) and fifty-nine cumulative
days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average
of forty-nine DOM and sixty-four CDOM.

The November 2006 Completed Sales Report for San Mateo County
Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 405 sales receiving 98.59% of
list price. These closings represented average price of $1,156,362.
380 new listings were also reported.
San Mateo County Condos/Townhouses had 135 closed sales
receiving 99.51% of list price. These closings represented an
average price of $562,419 There were 113 new listings for
the month of November.
Single-Family Homes in San Mateo County had an average of
forty-four days on market (DOM) and fifty-six cumulative
days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average
of forty DOM and fifty-three CDOM.
