The September 2007 Completed Sales Report for Santa Clara County
Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 525 sales receiving 99.74 % of
list price. These closings represented an average price of $1,067,987.
1,739 new listings were also reported.
Santa Clara CountyCondos/Townhouses had 190 closed sales receiving
99.34% of list price. These closings represented an average price of
$554,271. There were 598 new listings for the month of September.
Single-family homes in Santa Clara County had an average of
thirty-seven days on market (DOM) and forty-nine cumulative
days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average
of forty-three DOM and fifty-two CDOM.

The September 2006 Completed Sales Report for Santa Clara County
Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 925 sales receiving 98.96 % of
list price. These closings represented average price of $921,446.
1,973 new listings were also reported.
Santa Clara County Condos/Townhouses had 413 closed sales
receiving 99.54% of list price. These closings represented an
average price of $526,301. There were 774 new listings for
the month of September.
Single-family homes in Santa Clara County had an average of
thirty-three days on market (DOM) and fifty cumulative
days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average
of thirty-two DOM and forty-four CDOM.
