The November 2007 Completed Sales Report for Los Gatos Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 14 sales receiving 98.69% of list price.

These closings represented a median price of $1,291,250 and an average price
of $1,518,321.

Thirty-seven new listings were also reported.

Los Gatos Condos/Townhouses had 5 closed sales receiving 101.53% of
list price.

These closings represented a median price of $957,000 and
an average price of $917,390.

There were thirteen new listings for the month of November.

Single-family homes in November had an average of forty-three days on
market (DOM) and seventy-five cumulative days on market (CDOM).
Condos/Townhouses had an average of fifteen DOM
and fifteen CDOM.
