The October 2007 Completed Sales Report for Los Gatos Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 13 sales receiving 100.22% of list price. These
closings represented a median price of $1,540,000 and an average price
of $1,785,769. Forty-seven new listings were also reported.
Los Gatos Condos/Townhouses had 12 closed sales receiving 98.38% of
list price. These closings represented a median price of $665,000 and
an average price of $743,919. There were fifteen new listings for the
month of October.
Single-family homes in October had an average of forty-three days on
market (DOM) and seventy-five cumulative days on market (CDOM).
Condos/Townhouses had an average of fifteen DOM
and fifteen CDOM.
