The December 2007 Completed Sales Report for Los Gatos Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 24 sales receiving 95.92% of list price.

These closings represented a median price of $1,717,100 and an average price
of $1,879,656.

Thirty new listings were also reported.

Los Gatos Condos/Townhouses had 4 closed sales receiving 98.06% of
list price.

These closings represented a median price of $845,000 and
an average price of $871,250.

There were three new listings for the month of December.

Single-Family Homes in December had an average of 68 days on
market (DOM) and 118 cumulative days on market (CDOM).
Condos/Townhouses had an average of 22 DOM
and 47 CDOM.
