The October 2007 Completed Sales Report for Mountain View Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 26 sales receiving 102.32% of list price. These
closings represented a median price of $1,025,000 and an average price
of $1,043,411. Forty-two new listings were also reported.

Mountain View Condos/Townhouses had 22 closed sales receiving 100.69%
of list price. These closings represented a median price of $577,440 and
an average price of $571,253. There were Fifty-four new listings for the
month of October.
Single-family homes in Mountain View had an average of fifteen days on
market (DOM) and fifteen cumulative days on market (CDOM).
Condos/Townhouses had an average of twenty-two DOM
and twenty-four CDOM.
