The November 2007 Completed Sales Report for Mountain View Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 24 sales receiving 99.54% of list price.
These closings represented a median price of $1,050,000 and an average price
of $1,060,812.
Nineteen new listings were also reported.

Mountain View Condos/Townhouses had 28 closed sales receiving 99.67%
of list price.
These closings represented a median price of $602,000 and
an average price of $605,432.
There were thirty new listings for the month of November.
Single-family homes in Mountain View had an average of twenty-five days on
market (DOM) and thirty cumulative days on market (CDOM).

Condos/Townhouses had an average of twenty-seven DOM and thirty-three CDOM.
