The January 2008 Silicon Valley Real Estate Housing Sales Report for San Jose Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 182 sales receiving 97.42% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $664,444 and an average price of $763,045. There were 1,001 new listings reported to the MLS for the month of January.

The January 2005 Silicon Valley Real Estate Housing Sales Report for San Jose Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 512 sales receiving 101.25% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $630,000 and an average price of $689,677. There were 721 new listings reported to the MLS for the month of January.
