The March/2008 Completed Sales Report for Los Altos Hills Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 3 sales receiving 103.62% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $2,928,000 and an average price of $2,757,666. Three new listings were also reported.

Total Sales: $8,273,000

The March/2007 Completed Sales Report for Los Altos Hills Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 13 sales receiving 95.00% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $2,400,000 and an average price of $2,828,461. Twenty new listings were also reported.

Total Sales: $49,770,000

March/2008 ~ Single-family homes in Los Altos Hills had an average of 105 days on market (DOM) and 203 cumulative days on market (CDOM).

vs.

March/2007 ~ Single-family homes in Los Altos Hills had an average of 137 days on market (DOM) and 169 cumulative days on market (CDOM).
