The October 2007 Completed Sales Report for Los Altos Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 21 sales receiving 103.59% of list price. These
closings represented a median price of $1,775,000 and an average price
of $1,975,619. Thirty-five new listings were also reported.

Los Altos Condos/Townhouses had 14 closed sales receiving 101.32% of
list price. These closings represented a median price of $910,500 and
an average price of $922,357. There were nine new listings for the
month of October.

Single-family homes in Los Altos had an average of 17 days on
market (DOM) and 22 cumulative days on market (CDOM).
Condos/Townhouses had an average of 8 DOM
and 9 CDOM.
