The November 2007 Completed Sales Report for Los Altos Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 21 sales receiving 99.26% of list price. These
closings represented a median price of $1,675,000 and an average price
of $1,893,097. Fourteen new listings were also reported.
Los Altos Condos/Townhouses had 10 closed sales receiving 101.45% of
list price. These closings represented a median price of $915,000 and
an average price of $923,788. There were ten new listings for the
month of November.
Single-family homes in Los Altos had an average of 45 days on
market (DOM) and 45 cumulative days on market (CDOM).
Condos/Townhouses had an average of 27 DOM
and 27 CDOM.
