The September 2007 Completed Sales Report for Los Altos Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 15 sales receiving 104.95% of list price. These
closings represented a median price of $1,795,000 and an average price
of $1,910,333. Thirty-seven new listings were also reported.

Los Altos Condos/Townhouses had 2 closed sales receiving 102.78% of
list price. These closings represented a median price and
an average price of $775,500. There were thirteen new listings
for the month of September.
Single-family homes in Los Altos had an average of thirteen days on
market (DOM) and cumulative days on market (CDOM).
Condos/Townhouses had an average of fourteen DOM
and ninety-five CDOM.
