The January 2008 Completed Sales Report for Santa Clara County Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 337 sales receiving 97.18% of list price. These closings had an average price of $1,005.253. There were 1,629 new listings reported.

The January 2007 Completed Sales Report for Santa Clara County Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 640 sales receiving 98.34% of list price. These closings represented an average price of $944,524. There were 1,343 new listings were also reported.

2008~Santa Clara County Condos/Townhouses had 138 closed sales receiving 98.07% of list price. These closings had an average price of $523,566. There were 599 new listings for the month of January.
