The January 2008 Completed Sales Report for Evergreen Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 20 sales receiving 96.62% of list price. These
closings represented a median price of $748,700 and an average price
of $759,064. There were 105 new listings that were also reported.

Total Sales: $15,181,288

The January 2007 Completed Sales Report for Evergreen Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 28 sales receiving 97.65% of list price. These
closings represented a median price of $844,500 and an average price
of $929,017. There were 102 new listings were also reported.

Total Sales: $26,012,500

2008~Evergreen Condos/Townhouses had 8 closed sales receiving
97.23% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $560,000 and an average price of $534,375. There were 32 new listings for the month of January.

Total Sales: $4,275,000

vs

2007~Evergreen Condos/Townhouses had 20 closed sales receiving
99.12% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $546,000 and an average price of $561,400. There were 35 new listings reported.

Total Sales: $11,228,000

2008~Single-Family Homes in Evergreen had an average of 63 days on
market (DOM) and 88 cumulative days on market (CDOM).
Condos/Townhouses had an average of 109 DOM and 124 CDOM.

vs

2007~Single-Family Homes in Evergreen had an average of 72 DOM and 80 CDOM. Condos/Townhouses had an average of 45 DOM and CDOM.
