The January 2008 Silicon Valley Sales Report for Berryessa Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 22 sales receiving 93.39% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $669,444 and an average price of $707,926. There were 116 new listings reported to the MLS for the month of January.

The January 2007 Silicon Valley Sales Report for Berryessa Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 42 sales receiving 98.58% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $698,500 and an average price of $741,319. There were 75 new listings reported to the MLS for the month of January.

January 2008~ Condos/Townhouses had 8 closed sales receiving 98.17% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $397,500 and an average price of $373,270. There were 44 new listings reported to the MLS for the month of January.

January 2007~ Condos/Townhouses had 21 closed sales receiving 98.23% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $467,500 and an average price of $483,818. There were 37 new listings reported to the MLS for the month of January.

January 2008~ Single-family homes in January had an average of 80 days on market (DOM) and 93 cumulative days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average of 103 DOM and 110 CDOM.
