Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 274 sales receiving 98.14 % of list price. These closings represented an average price of $1,158,731.
There were 709 new listings reported to the MLS in March/2008.

Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 409 sales receiving 100.85 % of list price. These closings represented an average price of $1,176,472.
There were 714 new listings reported to the MLS in March/2007.
