The February 2008 Silicon Valley Real Estate Housing Sales Report for Berryessa Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 19 sales receiving 96% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $645,000 and an average price of $637,789. There were 97 new listings reported to the MLS for the month of February.

These closings represented a median price of $685,000 and an average price of $715,151. There were 63 new listings reported to the MLS for the month of February.

February 2008~ Condos/Townhouses had 10 closed sales receiving 97.38% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $399,444 and an average price of $418,506. There were 35 new listings reported to the MLS for the month of February.

February 2008~ Single-family homes had an average of 73 days on market (DOM) and 110 cumulative days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average of 74 DOM and 86 CDOM.
