The November 2007 Completed Sales Report for Evergreen Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 30 sales receiving 96.58% of list price.
These closings represented a median price of $825,000 and an average price
of $967,607. Ninety-eight new listings were also reported.
Evergreen Condos/Townhouses had 1o closed sales receiving 98.05% of
list price.
These closings represented a median price of $581,590 and an average
price of $581,590. There were thirty-one new listings for the month of
November.
Single-family homes in Evergreen had an average of sixty-one days on
market (DOM) and eighty-seven cumulative days on market (CDOM).
Condos/Townhouses had an average of sixty-eight DOM
and one-hundred and three CDOM.
