The Campbell November Sales Report for Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 58 sales receiving 96.54% of list price. These
closings represented a median price of $805,000 and an average price
of $842,751. Fifty-eight new listings were also reported.

Campbell Condos/Townhouses had 11 closed sales receiving 96.74% of
list price. These closings represented a median price of $535,000 and
an average price of $558,790. There were twenty-two new listings for the
month of November.
Single-family homes in Campbell had an average of fifty-three days on
market (DOM) and seventy-one cumulative days on market (CDOM).
Condos/Townhouses had an average of fifty-five DOM
and sixty-one CDOM.
