closings represented a median price of $645,000 and an average price
of $621,888. There were 25 new listings for the month of December.

Homes saw a closing of 25 sales receiving 99.56% of list price. These
closings represented a median price of $685,000 and an average price
of $716,973. There were 11 new listings for the month of December.
