The December 2007 Completed Sales Report for San Mateo County
Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 248 sales receiving 97.10 % of
list price. These closings represented an average price of $1,147,554.
252 new listings were also reported.

Total Sales: $284,593,409

The December 2006 Completed Sales Report for San Mateo County
Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 378 sales receiving 98.14% of
list price. These closings represented average price of $1,011,729.
There were 183 new listings were also reported.

Total Sales: $382,433,632

San Mateo County Condos/Townhouses had 55 closed sales receiving
97,35% of list price. These closings represented an average price of
$559,301. There were 89 new listings for the month of December.

Total Sales: $30,761,584

San Mateo County Condos/Townhouses had 124 closed sales
receiving 99.12% of list price. These closings represented an
average price of $589,751. There were 105 new listings for
the month of December.

57 days on market (DOM) and 69 cumulative days on market (CDOM).

48 days on market (DOM) and 59 cumulative days on market (CDOM).
Condos/Townhouses had an average of 52 DOM and 58 CDOM.
