The December 2007 Completed Sales Report for Almaden Valley
Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 13 sales receiving 96.92%
of list price. These closings represented a median price of $1,050,000
and an average price of $971,346. There were 14 new listings reported.
Total Sales: $12,627,500

The December 2006 Completed Sales Report for Almaden Valley
Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 29 sales receiving 97.57%
of list price. These closings represented a median price of $1,040,000
and an average price of $1,120,720. There were 16 new listings reported.
Total Sales: $32,500,888

2007~Almaden Valley Condos/Townhouses had 2 closed sale receiving 95.31% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $756,250 and an average price of $756,250. There were 2 new listings for the month of December.

days on market (DOM) and 52 cumulative days on market
(CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average of 122 DOM
and CDOM.

2006~Single-Family Homes in Almaden Valley had an average of 61
days on market (DOM) and 78 cumulative days on market
(CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average of 41 DOM
and 74 CDOM.
