The June 2008 Completed Sales Report for zone Cupertino Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 49 sales receiving 100.42% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $1,125,000 and an average price of $1,161,290. There were 77 new listings for the month of June. Total Sales: $56,903,222

The May 2008 Completed Sales Report for zone Cupertino Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 64 sales receiving 99.29% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $1,175,000 and an average price of $1,224,672. There were 89 new listings for the month of May. Total Sales: $77,154,381

The April 2008 Completed Sales Report for zone Cupertino Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 40 sales receiving 103.94% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $1,160,000 and an average price of $1,227,838. There were 121 new listings for the month of April. Total Sales: $49,113,538.

The March 2008 Completed Sales Report for zone Cupertino Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 41 sales receiving 100.33% of list price.
