Too often the seller and their agent give the impression of being rude
and or difficult. (real or imagined) Nothing turns off the buyer and their
agent faster.

A few examples

  • Not responding to the buyer’s offer/counter-offer or any inquiries in a timely manner
  • Stonewalling on ALL negotiating points
  • Limiting access to the buyer’s friend, family and/or vendors during the sales process

If the buyer does not suggest finding another property then the agent will.It is extremely
important to treat the buyers and their representatives with respect during the entire
negotiating/sales process. Remember, your treatment of the buyer can actually help
the seller negotiate favorably.
