The May/2008 Completed Sales Report for Mountain View saw a closing of 31 Single-Family Homes receiving 101.52% of list price! These closings represented a median price of $975,000 and an average price of $1,046,080. There were also 41 new listings reported to the MLS in May.

The May/2007 Completed Sales Report for Mountain View saw a closing of 35 Single-Family Homes receiving 104.58% of list price! These closings represented a median price of $1,161,000 and an average price of $1,180,480. There were also 41 new listings reported to the MLS in May/2007.

Total Sales: $41,316,826

Mountain View Real Estate ~ Condos & Townhouse

May/2008~ Mountain View’s Condos/Townhouses had 30 closed sales receiving 98.53% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $592,400 and an average price of $546,136. There were also 44 new listings reported to the MLS in May/2008.

May/2007~ Mountain View’s Condos/Townhouses had 41 closed sales receiving 103.32% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $629,000 and an average price of $618,226. There were also 60 new listings reported to the MLS in May/2007.

Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts

May/2008~ Mountain View’s Single-Family Homes had an average of 27 Days on Market (DOM) and 32 Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average of 52 DOM and 60 CDOM.
