The April/2008 Completed Sales Report for Mountain View saw a closing of 15 Single-Family Homes receiving 103.08% of list price! These closings represented a median price of $1,072,625 and an average price of $1,106,718. There were also 39 new listings reported to the MLS in April.

Total Sales: $16,600,781

The April/2007 Completed Sales Report for Mountain View saw a closing of 22 Single-Family Homes receiving 103.61% of list price! These closings represented a median price of $950,00 and an average price of $1,103,481. There were also 39 new listings reported to the MLS in April/2007.

Total Sales: $24,276,600

Mountain View Real Estate ~ Condos & Townhouse

April/2008~ Mountain View’s Condos/Townhouses had 34 closed sales receiving 99.13% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $575,000 and an average price of $582,239. There were also 62 new listings reported to the MLS in April/2008.

April/2007~ Mountain View’s Condos/Townhouses had 32 closed sales receiving 103.17% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $642,500 and an average price of $620,592. There were also 52 new listings reported to the MLS in April/2007.

Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts

April/2008~ Mountain View’s Single-Family Homes had an average of 29 Days on Market (DOM) and 29 Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average of 27 DOM and 35 CDOM.

April/2007~ Mountain View’s Single-Family Homes had an average of 14 DOM and CDOM. Condos/Townhouses had an average of 21 DOM and CDOM.
