The October 2007 Completed Sales Report for Central San Jose
Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 17 sales receiving 98.05% of
list price. These closings represented a median price of $615,000
and an average price of $647,819. Ninety-eight new listings were
also reported.

Central San Jose Condos/Townhouses had 12 closed sales receiving
98.63% of list price. These closings represented a median price of
$430,000 and an average price of $495,308. There were fifty-four
new listings for the month of October.

Single-family homes in Central October had an average of seventy-two
days on market (DOM) and seventy-seven cumulative days on market
(CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average of sixty-three DOM
and seventy-three CDOM.
