The October 2007 Completed Sales Report for Cambrian Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 44 sales receiving 98.32% of list price. These
closings represented a median price of $722,500 and an average price
of $764,473. Ninety-one new listings were also reported.

Cambrian Condos/Townhouses had 7 closed sales receiving 98.92% of
list price. These closings represented a median price of $449,000 and
an average price of $514,000. There were sixteen new listings for the
month of October.

Single-family homes in Cambrian had an average of thirty-one days on
market (DOM) and forty-one cumulative days on market (CDOM).
Condos/Townhouses had an average of fifty-nine DOM
and CDOM.
